This site is owned and operated by Hire My Mum. Please
read these terms and conditions carefully, they are the
terms of use for this site as provided by Hire My Mum
In these Terms and Conditions “we, our, us,the area,
the members area, this/the site, Hire My Mum or
HMM" refers to Hire My Mum.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the content of www.hiremymum.com.au (“the
Website”) you agree to be bound by the terms and
conditions set out herein and you accept our Privacy
Policy. If you object to any of the terms and conditions
set out in this agreement you should not use any of the
products or services on the Website and leave
immediately.
Your conduct
You warrant that when accessing and using the Hire My
Mum Website you will not use any website for any purpose
that is unlawful or prohibited by these On-line Term of
Use or any other condition, notice or disclaimer
appearing on the website. You also agree to not use the

generated by the software, and the data accompanying the
software (collectively the 'software'). Hire My Mum may
decide to incorporate a fee for use of the software,
which may be advised from time to time.

The Hire My Mum Website may contain hyperlinks and other
pointers to websites operated by third parties. These
linked websites are not under Hire My Mum control, and
Hire My Mum is not responsible for the contents of any
linked website or any hyperlink contained in a linked

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Hire My Mum payments are all made through PayPal.com.au,
who are independent of Hire My Mum. Subscriptions are an
automatically direct debited payment, where specified,
from your nominated PayPal account. Memberships are one
off payments, where specified, from your nominated
PayPal account. VIP Club and Patron payments are as
specified in the subscription section of the Hire My Mum
site. To cancel your PayPal subscriptions login to your
PayPal account and locate the original subscription
transaction that started your membership. You will
probably need to go into your history to find it. Open
the transaction and click cancel subscription at the
bottom of the page. Follow the instructions and the
cancellation will flow through to your HMM account,
effective immediately. You may opt in and opt out of
your subscription at any time that suits you. To cancel
your Hire My Mum account login to your HMM account,
click on 'Settings' then 'Account Settings'. There is a
link just above the email address field. Click this link
and follow the instructions. This action is irreversible
and to renew your account you will need to create a new
account at our sign up page. Hire My Mum does not offer
refunds for periods of membership or subscription
already enrolled into or commenced. Members remain
responsible for their personal PayPal account.
Governing Law
These On-line Terms of Use and other conditions, notices
and disclaimers appearing on the Hire My Mum Website are
governed by the law in force in the state of New South
Wales . You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts of New South Wales , Australia and any courts
which may hear appeals from those courts in respect of
any proceedings in connection with these online
conditions of use.
