I went through the online computer assesment etc, and then today a phone interview and I was offered a position. I work a minimum of 15 hours a week. I work with established customer's and new customers. All from the comfort of my own home. I get an hourly rate between $18.00 - $24.00 plus super. I can work up to 40 hours a week. I am also still doing mystery shopping I am averaging up to 7 jobs a week doing that. Also I have been offered funding and a mentor for my new Business so its all go go go. Plus I am also studying a finanical and adminstration COURSE which will give me formal qualifcations. This will be great for my new business. I am enjoying my new job as a happy "Mystery Shopper". I now have 15 assignments to do in September so far. They range from shopping for shoes through to eating out. I have done 3 mystery shops so far and they were so much fun to do. I am also working hard on my new website and I am also enrolled in a business course in financing to "plump" up my resume. I am so busy at the moment and Im loving it .
Well at the moment I am writing a business plan, I got some great info from the BIZIMUMS website, so thankyou for putting me onto that great site. When I logged onto the job search website today there was a position for a " Mystery Shopper" in my area. So I had a look at the website, its called Gapbuster. After some orientation I got my first assignment, then another. They dont pay alot, but I think its a great idea to get paid while you shop. There is quite a bit to read and if you want to do a mystery shop at McDonalds, Telstra or Australia post you have to be prepared to go through extra orientation for that. It took me about and hour to do all this but personally I think it was worth it. You also must have your own ABN, this can be obtained from the ATO and its free. There is no start-up or ongoing costs to becoming a mystery shopper its all free. I will do another blog after I have done my first mystery shop. I am looking forward to it, FUN FUN FUN (lol)

I have been standing in the job queue for close to a year now. I lost my job thanks to the "global economic crisis", and I have applied many jobs only to be knocked back time and time again. I woke up this morning feel fed up and about to throw the towel in. I made my morning coffee logged into my job network provider only to find NOTHING (this is a daily ritual). It was at that precise moment that I decided enough was enough. So I let my fingers to the walking, so to speak. I googled "work at home" only to find a trillion websites to help you "get rich quick. Sorry not for me! I then proceeded to re-word my search to "work at home mum's", BINGO!. A whole new world appeared before and that's how I found this website and a whole host of similar websites like this one. A couple of hours went by with me navigating around several sites. It then dawned on me, why don't I use the skills I already have and look into starting up my own home based business. There is so much information available on the web to help other people like me to start their own business. For the first time in nearly a year I feel like there is a positive future for me and my family. I actually feel happy about the whole thing. So its head down and bottom up...here I go. wish me well!
